Located at Inspira in Bridgeton

Monday to Friday/Days

Salary is $19 ($39,520)-$21 ($43,680) hourly, with Full Benefits

MUST have bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or other related field BA in psychology, social work or related field OR Associates Degree and 2 years’ experience in provision of services to youth OR HS diploma and 5 years’ experience in the provision of services to youth.

MUST have experience working with children 3-17.

 

Provides for the direct care and management of patient population of a partial care treatment center.    

• Provides direct care and management of patient population. 
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients. 
• Assists psycho-educational groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient’s treatment plan. 
• Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
• Accurately records daily patient progress in the medical record as well as completing other required paperwork. 
• Rides along with the van driver to transport patients to and from program.
• Annual certification in the Handle With Care behavior management system.

• BA in psychology, social work or related field OR Associates Degree and 2 years’ experience in provision of services to youth  OR HS diploma and 5 years’ experience in the provision of services to youth.
• Must have demonstrated abilities to work with a team and to be able to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism. 
• Ability to accept supervision and guidance.
• Seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.
