This position provides comprehensive coordination and single point-of-contact of onboarding efforts used to bring on new providers to the CFG Health Network and creates a positive and effective onboarding experience   This position provides individual assistance to new providers, assisting them to navigate the numerous systems, processes and procedures with which the provider will interface.    .    


  • Act as the liaison between  providers, Medical Affairs team and operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for these providers throughout the onboarding process,
  • Field questions and concerns from providers and bringing in appropriate team members to help address issues when necessary making handoffs or introductions to other team members as appropriate
  • Extensive telephone, e-mail and video  communication
  • Support provider(s) with on-line application process
  • Streamline and maintain credentialing database that tracks the status of providers through onboarding
  • Collects credentialing documentation  from providers, to update credentialing database profile
  • Create and present regular reports of questions, requests and ideas brought up by new providers within the onboarding process, as well as suggesting areas for improvement
  • Assist the Medical Affairs Team  with additional projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


  • HS Diploma or equivalent with two or more years’ related experience. 
  • Must have excellent organizational and communications skills. 
  • Requires effective writing skills, good time management skills, strong follow up and a working knowledge of word processing and database software applications such as ECHO, Salesforce, HealthStream, SurveyMonkey and Outlook.
