Serve a primary audit function to review critical clinical performance standards and goals as defined by the clinical management team. Devises systems to audit the care delivery systems at the correctional facilities contracted to CFG for healthcare services. Develop processes to give real-time feedback on the critical care indicators to assist the clinical management teams to allocate resources and adjust work assignments to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate care. Help direct the expansion of the reporting systems of existing databases such as Electronic Medical Records to facilitate these goals. Direct the creation of a new database to record audit data to assess compliance with the new auditing standards with the ultimate goal of ensuring that all clinical standards and goals are met. Train site managers in the use of all auditing and measurement tools, and in the proper recording and reporting of the resulting data.cursor



  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing QMS (Quality Management System) auditing tools based on ISO 9001 standards, National Integrated Accreditation for Healthcare Organizations standards (NIAHO), or comparable systems as applied in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of and good understanding of monitoring clinical performance criteria in inpatient settings such as correctional facilities, hospitals or short-term care facilities.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop QMS programs that will collect data and provide real time feedback to assist management in focusing its resources to ensure critical clinical performance standards are met.
  • Demonstrable experience working with database programs to collect and report on clinical performance data.
  • Sufficient knowledge of the requirements of an appropriate database system to assist the IT Department in developing or purchasing of a tool that can collect data form multiple sites and give real time reporting.
  • Provides coaching for site managers to properly use the QMS and create annual manager performance reports which score the manager on the degree of participation in the collection of data and how effectively the manager uses the data to manage the care delivery system at their respective sites.
  • Ensures that the required site daily reporting daily deliverables are completed and entered into the database.
  • Creates and distributes monthly summary reports to corporate management.
  • Provide more frequent ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Report to corporate management any critical clinical short coming and/or legal risks to without delay.
  • Makes recommendations for the improvement of services to the Director
