POSITION SUMMARY:   Responsible for the planning and delivery of addictions counseling, education and support to inmates of Essex County Correctional Facility (ECCF) who are receiving treatment services related to substance abuse disorder and the medication assisted therapy program, promoting healthy lifestyles and choices.  

In collaboration with the physician, this position is responsible for diagnosing, treating and providing medical services to inmates of the Department of Corrections consistent with community standards of care.

Counselor  CARES Partial Program @ Capital Health in Trenton Population: Children ages 5-17 Monday-Friday/Day $20 ($41,600)-$22 ($45,760) per hour PLUS full benefits (equivalent to about K15k annually)   MUST have a bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field. At least two years of experience working with children in behavioral health facility.     Provides for the direct care and management of patient population of a partial care treatment center.
